7 Days Exchangeable Policy
At Derma Expert, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.
Product Price Not Refundable
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any products. All sales are final, and only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day exchange period.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Conditions
Products that have been fully used or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange or refund. Specifically:
- If the product is completely used or significantly consumed.
- If the product packaging is damaged or tampered with.
- If any seals or safety packaging is broken.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@dermaexperts.com.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
